Coordinator

Allgood plc specialises in the manufacture and supply of architectural ironmongery, security and automation systems and washroom equipment. Established in 1948, Allgood has built its reputation on two key principles: high-quality products that are designed to last, supported by expert advice at all stages of a construction project.

We are currently looking for an experienced Contract/Project Co-ordinator to join our Birmingham office, B19 3NT.

As a key member of the team you will be required to:

  • Assist with contract management
  • Meet and exceed customers’ expectations and instructions
  • Deliver product on time
  • To leverage the internal resources of Allgood (Purchasing, Sales, Estimating)
  • Establish working relationship with our customers and contractors

     

    What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience of co-ordinating ironmongery projects from point of order to delivery
  • Experience of the ironmongery trade with 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Motivated, organised, able to multitask and able to work under pressure and to deadlines

 

Not essential but preferred:

  • GAI Qualified
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Projects
