Business Development Managers - North of England / London / South East

Em-B is a successful, ambitious and developing company supplying Architectural Ironmongery, Access Control, Door Automatics, Washroom Solutions, Timber Doorsets and Security Solutions to a wide portfolio within the construction sector. Part of a group which dates back to the 60’s the business has developed the Em-B brand into one of the leading ironmongers throughout the UK.

The Role

  • In order to maintain growth we require a self-motivated ambitious individual to drive further sales across all areas of the UK.

  • The individual will have the autonomy to carry out their role with limited red-tape whilst having the support of directors, marketing department and excellent logistics team to provide exceptional service to the customer.

The Applicant

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both within and team and individually.

  • Will need to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Architectural Ironmongery with GAI qualifications and a keen interest in standards at a particularly sensitive time in the market.

  • Track record of relationship building, sales and results in the sector.

  • Will be required to be pro-active in decision making as the individual will have the autonomy make decisions in order to grasp opportunities and develop their relationships.

  • Be able to utilise a wide range of products to all levels of the market place.
